Enucleation Implant

Infections in the intraocular and cavities of the eye and face traumas, or tumors in the inner and pit of the eye can cause eye loss. In these cases, the eye must be removed. In most of these surgeries, the entire orbit, that is, the eyeball, is removed together with the sclera and eye muscles. An implant is used to fill the empty volume and to give more movement by connecting the muscles.

Enucleation implants have a narrow mouth to increase the movement of the prosthesis and prevent it from collapsing at the top. Its dimensions are from 12 mm to 22 mm. Produced in sterile single packs.
